Aquafest’s annual Quadrathon and Aquarun are in need of volunteers to help ensure that these two events can continue as part of the Aquafest festivities.

In the Quadrathon participants bike, run, swim and kayak on pre-determined courses. Individuals or teams can participate. This event gets up to 25 entries each year.

This would be a great event for a group or organization to take on and high school students can earn volunteer hours.
The Aquarun consists of three runs, a Kids 1K, a 5K and a 10K.

Currently, Jennifer Smith of Anytime Fitness is chairing this event, she will be unable to attend on the date of the runs.
Therefore, Aquarun is looking for someone to help the morning of the event, which will be Saturday, July 28.

Aquafest planning meetings are the last Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the Lake Stevens School District Administration building.
