Aquafest classic car show

The eighth annual Aquafest Open Disc Golf Tournament will be held at Catherine Creek Park Disc golf course on Saturday, July 28 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Got bikes, got scooters, got walking shoes? Lake Stevens Children’s Parade is looking for you.

Feeling in shape? The Quadrathon on Sunday, July 29 at 8 a.m. includes a 300-yard swim, five-mile bike ride, three-mile run, and one-mile paddle-boat race.

Lake Stevens Fire joins in on the Aquafest festivities with their Annual Firefighters’ Pancake Breakfast downtown Lake Stevens. It’s all the pancakes you can eat, with ham and eggs on the side.

Starting in July, NW Auto Recyclers, will begin a recycling program to help support Aquafest. Community members are invited to donate recyclable metals at the NW Auto Recyclers drop off location at 2317 N. Machias Rd. in Lake Stevens.

The award winning Official Aquafest Program Guide will be out on July 25.

This is the ninth year for Aquafest’s 3-on-3 basketball, which will take place on Saturday, July 28.
