Steve Hatfield has been named Community Banking district manager for Wells Fargo’s Snohomish district, announced Ron Henderson, Northwest Washington Community Banking president.
Hatfield is based in Lake Stevens and leads about 127 team members and 11 banking stores: Broadway (Everett), Downtown Marysville, Everett Main, Evergreen Way (Everett), Lake Stevens, Lake Stevens Marketplace, Martha Lake, Marysville, Monroe, Snohomish and Stanwood.
Hatfield, a Washington native, is an eight-year Wells Fargo veteran who most recently was a district manager for Wells Fargo Financial in Montana, where he had management responsibility for nine branches and 49 team members. Earlier he was a branch manager for Wells Fargo Financial locations in Alaska and Montana, and an assistant manager in Washington. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and communications with a minor in political science from University of Washington.
