On Tuesday, September 8, 2009, during its Administration Session at 11:00 a.m., the County Council will consider the Executive’s vetoes of Amended Ordinance 09-044, an ordinance that would eliminate the provisions for fully contained communities (FCCs) from both the County’s Growth Management Act Comprehensive Plan – General Policy Plan and the Snohomish County Code; and Amended Ordinance 09-062, which would remove the population reserve for fully contained communities (FCCs) from the Countywide Planning Policies.
