Leadership Snohomish County is offering a  Community Board Leadership Training.  Join us for an in-depth training on board service and leadership.  We will cover two models of board leadership, have an interactive discussion about board issues; such as the relationship with the director, financial literacy, managing through specific challenges, and the art of recruiting and retaining excellent board members. We will share information on strategic and succession planning to keep your board strong and healthy.

Who should attend this training?

This training is excellent for anyone currently serving on a non-profit board. It is also an excellent training for someone who is curious and wants to learn more about serving on a non-profit board.

Cost: $65. Includes a light dinner
