MONROE – Drivers on SR 522 in Monroe should plan to take an alternate route or allow for delays on Monday night, Dec. 6.

Weather permitting, crews will close both directions of SR 522 at the US 2 interchange from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. while they extend the left-turn lane on eastbound SR 522. Drivers will be detoured around the closure using 164th Street SE, Fryelands Blvd and US 2.

This work is part of the SR 522/US 2 interchange – widening and safety project.
