ELIJAH DEMETRI LEIDIG

According to official documents Leidig pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court Juvenile Division on 11/26/2003 to one count of Child Molestation in the First Degree. He was sentenced to 103 to 129 weeks in the custody of the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This conviction was the result of Leidig Sexually assaulting the known four year old female victim. On 02/27/2004 Leidig was convicted in Thurston County Superior Court Juvenile Division of one count of Custodial Assault with a special finding of Sexual Motivation. He was sentenced to 15 to 36 weeks in the custody of the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This conviction was the result of Leidig fondling the buttocks of an adult female staff member while in custody at Maple Lane School. Leidig did not successfully participate in the sex offender treatment program, in part due to continued significant behavioral problems. Leidig was released on his 21st birthday and therefore has no conditions of supervision and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender.

 
ERIC JAMES OGRADY 

According to official documents, O'Grady was convicted by Jury Trial of the crime of Violation of a Protection Order. O'Grady pled guilty to two counts of Assault 2nd, and Rape in the 3rd Degree. He was sentenced on 6-13-2007. He was given terms of 29 months for the two assaults and 54 months for the Rape. The victims in these listed crimes were all adult females whom he had just met. The victims had been subject to forced sex with O'Grady. In June of 2000, O'Grady pled guilty to having Sexual Intercourse with a Person under 16 in Marin County, California. The victim in this crime was a 13 year old female. The victim and her friends were suppose to be at the mall to see a movie, however ran into O'Grady and his friend and decided to go to the victim's home and "Party". The victim had never met either male prior to this event however they were known by one of the females in the group. The victim had told O'Grady that she did not want sex, but O'Grady had sex with this victim several times during the evening. While in prison on the current Washington Convictions, he was not screened by the Sex Offender treatment Program and it is unknown if O'Grady was ever involved in sex offender treatment. O'Grady is on active supervision with the Marysville Office of the Department of Corrections: 360-658-2150

• Probation Conditions

  • Shall not work at or be in places frequented by minors.
  • Shall avoid all places where minors or young women (age 24 or under) reside or congregate, inclusing schools, playgrounds, child-care centers, church youth programs, parks, public trails or recreational programs, services used by minors or young women.
  • Shall not purchase, own, have in his possession or under his control any firearm.
  • Shall submit to polygraphic testing as requested.
  • Shall enter into and successfully complete sex offender treatment
  • Shall not enter bars, taverns, lounges or other places where alcohol is the chief commodity for sale.
  • Shall not consume alcohol.
  • Shall not possess or peruse pornographic materials.
  • Shall have no contact with the victims.
  • Shall have no contact with minors.
  • Shall not use, possess, consume any controlled substances without a lawfully issued prescription.
