Snohomish County, WA – Rich Huebner has joined the Snohomish County Tourism Bureau as Sports Sales Manager, a newly created position responsible for increasing Snohomish County’s prominence as sporting events destination. The sports marketing department of the Snohomish County Tourism Bureau is branded as the Snohomish County Sports Commission. Huebner reports to Sports Marketing Manager Tammy Dunn, CSEE.
 
Prior, Huebner worked for Dex One in the Yakima, WA as a marketing consultant and for the Yakima Valley Visitors & Convention Bureau in a variety of roles, most prominently within the Yakima Valley Sports Commission.  There he was responsible for seeking sponsors of the organization’s three signature events, as well as serving in a support role to the Director of Sports and the Sports Sales Manager in their efforts to market the Yakima Valley as a sporting destination.
 
Huebner began his career at KIMA-TV, Yakima’s CBS affiliate station, as an Account Executive. He holds a BA degree in Communications from Washington State University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Seattle University.
