Mark Allen Kolberg, age 24, a Level III Sex Offender has been released to live at the 15200 block of Jordan Rd. In Arlington.
According to official documents Kolberg pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on Dec. 4, 2001 to one count of Indecent Liberties with Forcible Compulsion. He was sentenced to 60 months in prison.

This conviction was the result of Kolberg sexually assaulting the 19-year-old female victim after he entered her bedroom while she was sleeping.

Kolberg was attending a party at the victim's residence. The victim casually knew Kolberg as a friend of a family member.
Kolberg completed the sex offender treatment program while in prison but his progress was limited. Kolberg will be on active supervision with the Marysville Office of the Department of Corrections -360-658-2150.
