The Snohomish County Medical Examiner has verified the identity of the two individuals found yesterday in a submerged vehicle in the Snohomish River in the 6600 block of Riverview Road.  They are Snohomish residents Riza P. Ysulat, 36 years-old, and Jason J. Dolman, 31 years-old.  The two had been missing since January 8, 2013.  The ME has verified the cause of their deaths as asphyxia due to drowning and the manner of death an accident.

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office is conducting an investigation into the cause of the accident.
