Burglary Residential, 04/17/11, 8400 blk of Vernon Rd
An Officer responded to a residential burglary after a 37-year-old male reported his residence had been broken into. He stated that he is missing a cell phone and his wallet with all its’ contents. It was discovered there was an issue with the key pad on his door. A report was taken and the scene was cleared with no further incidents.


Arson, 04/18/11, 8200 blk of 24th St SE
Arson charges were being referred for two 14-year old Cavelero Mid High students. An officer was dispatched for two females being detained by the Principal for starting a toilet paper roll on fire in the restroom. Both students admitted to being in the restroom, but each of them stated that the other one lit the on fire. Charges are being referred for both females to the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office.


Collision, 04/18/11, SR 9/Lundeen Parkway
Officers responded to a three car injury accident. Two people reported injuries and were transported to the hospital after being treated by aid. The vehicles were towed and the scene was cleared without incident. 


Burglary Residential, 04/18/11, 10500 blk of 3 Pl SE
Police were called after the 44-year-old female came home and found her residence had been burglarized. Nothing appeared to have been taken. She also stated that this is not the first time this has happened and that her phone line had previously been tampered with. The victim was able to provide the police with suspect information. The case is currently under investigation.


Order Violation, 04/18/11, 113 AVE SE/S Lake Stevens Rd
During a traffic stop, it was discovered that a 26-year-old male was in violation of 2 separate orders against him by being in the car with the 22-year-old protective person.  The male was transported and booked into Marysville Jail.


Assault 4 Domestic Violence (DV), 04/20/11, 27000 blk of 6th Dr NE
A 35-year-old male was arrested for Assault 4° DV after the police were dispatched. The male decided to throw his girlfriend to the ground after they had a heat argument over money issues.  The male left the scene prior to the police arriving, but was later located by Marysville Police and booked into the Marysville Jail.
