Burglary, 08/03/2010, 800 blk of Sunnyside Blvd
A 47-year-old female had charges referred to the Court for Residential Burglary. An officer responded to the complaint where a 56-year-old male reported that his ex-wife of several years went into his vacant home and took several costly items without his knowledge or consent. Witnesses confirmed that they saw the woman in the home as well as taking the items. Charges were referred to the Snohomish County Prosecutors Office.
Theft 2°, 08/08/2010, 500 blk of 91st Ave SE
Officers responded to a Theft complaint where the 29-year-old female victim stated that her unique and valuable bicycle was stolen during the night. The case will be closed until further information is received.
Assault 4°/Assault 4° Domestic Violence (DV)/Malicious Mischief, 08/14/10, 700 blk of 87th Ave NE
A 19-year-old female was arrested for Assault 4° DV and Malicious Mischief along with 29-year-old male who was arrested for Assault 4°. An officer was dispatched to an Assault complaint where the 55-year-old male resident asked his daughter and her boyfriend to leave the residence after they had a heated argument. The two refused and then became physical with the male resident. During the altercation the female began throwing things shattering the front of a glass stove. Both the male and female fled the scene prior to police arrival. Charges were referred for both the male and the female to Marysville Municipal Court.
Obstructing/Resisting Arrest, 08/11/10, 700 blk of 84th Ave Ne
A 49-year-old male was arrested for Obstructing and Resisting Arrest. While officers were investigating a separate incident the male attempted to distract them and when that didn’t work he became extremely agitated and tried to assault the officer. The male was placed under arrest and was booked into Marysville Jail.
Bomb, 08/11/10, 1100 blk of Vernon Rd
Officers were dispatched to a Bomb complaint where someone attached a device to door of the Lake Stevens Sewer District. The device was removed and evidence was collected. The case was forwarded to the Detective unit for further investigation.
