Malicious Mischief, 02/06/11, 500 blk of 91st Ave SE
A 26-year-old male was cited for Malicious Mischief. Police arrived on scene after they were dispatched to a priority disturbance. It was reported that the male and his 28-year-old girlfriend had been arguing over her getting her belongings from the home. The male refused to let her in to retrieve the belongings and he stated he discarded them the previous night. The female insisted that he still had the belongings. An officer performed a check of the residence with consent from the male, but was unable to locate the missing belongings.
Possession of Illegal Drugs, 02/6/11, 91 Ave NE
A 31-year-old male was arrested for possession of Methamphetamine, Heroin, Marijuana, and prescription pills. Officers were dispatched to the gas station after the male was stationary in front of the pumps for approximately 30 minutes after making his purchase. The NICS test was performed confirming the drugs. The male was booked at the Snohomish County Jail and his vehicle was towed.
Malicious Mischief 3 Domestic Violence (DV), 02/7/11, 3000 blk of 101st Ave NE
A 41-year-old male was contacted after his brother reported the male threw a deep fryer through the window. Officers arrived on scene to find the aggressors to be extremely intoxicated. The male was upset with his brother because he requested he turn his music down. Charges were referred to the prosecutor.
Animal Complaint (Dog Bite), 02/09/11, 2100 blk of Grade Rd
A 65-year-old male reported that he was bitten on the hand by a dog as he left a store. Aid was declined. The dog’s owner was instructed to place the dog under quarantine for 10 days. Case is being forwarded to Police Services Officer.
Vehicle recovery, 02/09/11, 1500 93rd Dr. SE
A resident called to report that a vehicle had been parked in front of her residence since previous night and that she did not know who it belonged to. Upon officer’s arrival it was determined the vehicle was stolen out of Marysville PD. The registered owner responded to the location and took custody of the vehicle and the vehicle was cleared from the computer database.
Minor in Possession, 02/10/11, 1300 blk of East. Lakeshore
A 19-year-old female was located walking down the street highly intoxicated. A field sobriety was that was given confirmed that she was intoxicated. The female was transported to her father’s home where he could keep an eye on her due to her being so intoxicated. A short time later, officers learned that the female, sister and the father were attempting to locate the females’ car when the female stopped breathing and AID had to be called to assist the family. The female was transported to the hospital for care.
