Malicious Mischief 3°, 05/09/11,
8400 block of 4th ST NE
A 14-year-old male was contacted after an officer was dispatched to a report of a male hitting golf balls into the retention pond. The male seemed unconcerned about the balls that were missing the pond and hitting the homes and property of the neighbors. No visible damage to the houses or property. An informational case was taken and the male was released to his parent.
Order Violation, 05/10/11,
Market Pl/SR9
A 24-year-old male was arrested for Violation of a Court Order. During a traffic stop the officer discovered an active order between the male and the 21-year-old female in the vehicle. The male was booked into the Marysville Jail.
Driving Under the Influence (DUI), 05/11/11,
Market Pl/SR 9 NE
A 25-year-old male was processed for DUI. During a traffic stop the officer believed that the male was under the influence of drugs. He was processed for DUI and the case is currently under investigation.
Assault 4 Domestic Violence (DV),
05/11/11, 1200 blk of 91 AVE SE
A 24-year-old male was arrested for Assault 4° DV. During an argument the male assaulted his 20-year-old ex-girlfriend and then left the scene. The male was later located, arrested and booked into Marysville Jail.
Reckless Driving, 05/12/11,
77 AVE NE/Soper Hill Rd
A 22-year-old male was arrested for Reckless Driving. Officers discovered that the male, on at least two separate occasions, drove up and down the street at a high rate of speed squealing his tires. The street had children in the area on both occasions. Both times the male left the scene prior to police arriving. The male was located and booked into Marysville Jail.
Assault 4 Domestic Violence (DV),
05/14/11, 12100 blk SR 92
A 39-year-old female was arrested for Assault 4 DV. The female and her 41-year-old husband got into an argument while returning home from a Sounders game. The male got out of the truck to arrange a different ride home and the female proceeded to punch and shove him. The police arrived and the female was arrested and booked into the Marysville Jail.
