The police department responded to 635 incidents in the week of July 31 through August 6, 2011. The following is a brief summary of some of the more notable contacts:

Assault 4 Domestic Violence (DV), 07/31/2011, 8100 blk 25th PL NE
A 33 year-old male was cited for Assault 4 DV after he assaulted his 33 year-old girlfriend. The male was gone on arrival. Multiple attempts to contact the male were made with no success. Charges were referred to the prosecutor’s office.  

No Contact Order Violation, 07/31/2011, 1900 blk 85th DR SE
A 25 year-old male was booked for violating a No Contact Order when he was located at the protected 30 year-old female’s residence. The male fled the scene before police arrived, but was located hiding in a shed at his grandma’s house. The male was transported and booked into the Marysville Jail.

Vehicle Prowl, 08/01/2011, 10000 blk Chapel Hill Rd
A vehicle was entered on 07/30/2011, and several items of value were taken. The case will be under further investigation pending additional suspect information.

Harassment, 08/01/2011, 9000 blk 11th St NE
Two unknown males suspects walked up and confronted two male victims in a driveway yelling profanities and gestured they had a weapon in there waistband. The two male victims got their dad who confronted them. The male suspects pulled out a knife and fled the scene. This case is under investigation.

False Statement/Criminal Traffic, 08/05/2011, 1400 blk SR9
A citation was issued for providing a false statement and criminal traffic. An 18 year-old female provided officers a false name during a traffic stop in order to elude a ticket.  A citation was issued and mailed to the court for processing.  

Warrant Service, 08/05/2011, 12000 blk N. Lakeshore Dr
A 26 year-old female was picked up on a felony warrant from Oregon and booked into Snohomish County Jail.

Trespass, 08/06/2011, 700 blk 91st Ave NE
A 14 year-old male appeared to be intoxicated and the property owner wanted him removed and trespassed.  The male admitted to huffing butane out of lighters and huffing the smoke off burning plastic.  The male was transported by aid and released to his parents.
