Suspicious Circumstance, 11/27/11, 8500 blk of 14th Pl NE
A female reported that her 9-year-old daughter was contacted by a male driving a white vehicle.  The male offered the girl candy to get in the vehicle, but when she did not take the candy the vehicle fled. The case is currently under investigation.


Assault 2, 11/29/11, 10000 blk of 2nd Pl SE
A 19-year-old male was arrested for Assault 2°. The male went to a house to collect some of his belongings, and a disturbance began when the male displayed a knife and threatened to stab a person at the residence. The male was located and booked into Snohomish County Jail. 


 Vehicle Prowl / Possession of Vehicle Theft Tools, 11/30/11, 9300 blk of 7th St SE
A 20-year-old male was arrested for Vehicle Prowl and Possession of Vehicle Theft Tools. Officers were dispatched to a call where a witness reported that two males were prowling a neighbor’s vehicle. The males scattered upon officers’ arrival. Only one of the males was located. The victim’s property was located across the street and returned. The male was placed under arrest and booked into Marysville Jail. 


Assault 4° Domestic Violence (DV), 12/02/11, 700 blk of 91st Ave NE
A 34-year-old male was arrested for Assault 4° DV. It was report that a 37-year-old female and the male got into an argument while they were driving. When they pulled over, the male struck the female with a phone causing injury. The male was booked into Marysville Jail.


Collision, 12/02/11, 99th Ave NE and SR 92
A vehicle pulled out onto SR 92 from 99th Ave NE right in front of a another vehicle. The at-fault driver had no injuries, and the victim driver was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. SR 92 was closed for about an hour.
