The police department responded to 512 incidents in the week of June 10, 2012 through June 16, 2012. The following is a brief summary of some of the more notable contacts:

Warrant Service, 06/10/12 2200 block of 120th Ave. NE
Officers responded to a report of suspicious persons in the area that looked to be casing the neighborhood.  Officers arrived on scene and contacted several persons and a vehicle.  It was learned that a 24-year-old male had a warrant out of Lynnwood.  The male was taken into custody and transferred to a Lynnwood Police Officer.

Assault 4°/Minor in Possession (MIP), 06/11/12 700 block of SR 9 NE
An 18 year-old male was arrested for Assault 4° and MIP, and another 18 -year-old male was cited for MIP.  Officers responded when it was reported that the two males and their friends assaulted a 33-year-old male after he tried to break up a fight.  The suspects had fled the scene before officers arrived, but were located a short time later.  The suspects were found to be intoxicated.  One of the males was transported and booked into Marysville Jail for Assault 4° and MIP, and the other was cited and released for MIP.

Felony Harassment, Unlawful Display, 06/12/12 100 block of 91st Ave. NE
A 37-year-old male was arrested for Felony Harassment and Unlawful Display of a Weapon.  It was reported that the male was sitting alongside the roadway manipulating and pointing a firearm at people and passing motorists.  The male was taken into custody and booked into Snohomish County Jail.

Assault 4° Domestic Violence (DV)/Obstructing, 06/14/12 12500 block of 16th St. NE
A 23-year-old male was arrested for Assault 4° DV and Obstructing.  Officers responded after it was reported that the male had assaulted his mother during an argument. The male fled the scene, but was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit.  The male was booked into Marysville Jail.

Assault 4° Domestic Violence (DV), 06/16/12 9100 block of Meridian Pl. NE
A 33-year-old male was arrested for Assault 4° DV.  The male returned to his house intoxicated and assaulted his 30-year-old fiancé during a confrontation. The male attempted to hide under a bed when officers arrived on scene.  The male was transported and booked into Marysville Jail.

Theft/Vehicle Prowl, 06/16/12 8500 block of 9th Pl. NE
Officers responded to a report of three vehicle prowls that had occurred.  A description of items stolen was given, and the cases are currently under investigation.
