Disturbance, 10/28/12, 9500 block of 20th St. SE
A 27-year-old female reported that her 44-year-old ex-boyfriend came over to her residence, while she was entertaining her new boyfriend and threatened the male with a firearm. A firearm was implied, but no one actually saw the weapon. Both males left the scene prior to police arriving. A report was taken and the scene was cleared without further incident.
Burglary, 10/28/12, 600 block of 99th Ave. SE
A 47-year-old female reported a Burglary. She told police that her garage was broken into and her lawn mower taken. Officers were provided a description of the suspects and their vehicle by a witness. The case is currently under investigation.
Protection Order Violation, 10/30/12
100 block of S. Davies Road
A 33-year-old female reported a Violation of Protection Order. The female reported she observed her 49-year-old ex-husband near her residence. The case is currently under investigation.
SR 9 SE/20th Street SE
A passenger vehicle pulled out in front of a fully loaded Lake Stevens School bus resulting in a minor injury collision. The bus was in the intersection at 20th St. SE when a vehicle failed to yield while pulling in front of the bus. The scene was cleared without incident.
Possession of Methamphetamines/Warrant Service, 10/31/12, 2900 block of 113th Ave. NE
A 48-year-old male was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines and Warrant Service. Officers were dispatched to a suspicious call where they made contact with the male. A computer search was performed and was discovered he had a warrant. The male was placed under arrest and a search of his person revealed that the male had methamphetamines in his possession. The male was booked to Snohomish County Jail.
Assault 4° Domestic Violence (DV)
11/03 /12, 2300 block of Madrona Dr.
A 32-year-old male was arrested for Assault 4° DV. The male and his 38-year-old girlfriend had an argument which turned physical. The male was determined to be the aggressor and was placed under arrest. The male was transported and booked into the Marysville Jail.
