This year’s Downtown Tree Lighting ceremony will take place on Saturday, Dec. 1 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the downtown shopping center on Main Street in the atrium next to Jay’s Market.

Starting at 5 p.m. there will be crafts, hot chocolate and cookies with special guest Santa Claus arriving at 6 p.m. with a gift for all of the children.

Santa will light Lake Stevens’ own Christmas tree!
