L.S. Postal workers retiring after two decades

The downtown Lake Stevens Post Office will have new faces at the counter soon.
Barbara Henchey and Eugenie Scholtz are both retiring at the end of the month after working for the Post Office for 20 years.
Henchey has been employed with the U.S.P.S. for 26 years and at the Lake Stevens Post Office for the last five years.
Scholtz has been employed with the U.S.P.S. for 22 years working at the Lake Stevens Post Office her entire career.
The Lake Stevens Post Office will be celebrating with the community all day on Friday, Oct. 30. Please stop by for some cake and to say goodbye.
