Kindergarten Registration and Parent Information Night will now take place in each of the district’s elementary schools on Thursday, March 10, at 6:30 p.m. 

Parents of children who will be five years old by August 31, 2011 are asked to attend this important evening and to bring their future kindergartner with them.

If you are not sure which neighborhood school your student is to attend, please call the district’s Transportation Department at 425-335-1508.

Kindergarten registration packets, along with other important kindergarten information, will be provided to all in attendance at the parent information night. The registration forms are also available on the district website www.lkstevens.wednet.edu, click on Parents & Students, and Kindergarten Registration. 

Schools will be accepting completed packets beginning March 14.   When delivering packets to school please bring with you your child’s birth certificate, proof of immunization and proof of residence.* 

Kindergarten registration is listed on the district’s printed calendar as taking place at Cavelero Mid High, however, the location was changed to the individual schools to provide more space for parent meetings and to provide the opportunity for principals to include additional activities at the school sites.
