The City of Lake Stevens began the implementation of the milfoil treatment in Lake Stevens this week.
Postings were made at all public access locations and at each resident’s home prior to the treatment by AquaTechnex, the application company.

The treatment herbicide being used is granular Triclopyr which is a very low risk to human health.
