Lake Stevens High School class of 1986.

The Lake Stevens High School Class of 1986 had their 25 year class reunion on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011. 

Classmates Tammie (Baker) Jones and Dan Lorentzen came up with the idea to have a low-key get together to celebrate 25 years.

Wanting that hometown feel and having the “chicken” there was a must.  So Jones went on a mission to find the chicken and just after a few short days she found it in its secret location, except this time it would be borrowed not “stolen”.  She was determined to find it because it was what she wanted most for the reunion.
 
The reunion was to be held in Lake Stevens, so they chose the Creekside Alehouse & Grill.  The next priority was that there had to be 80’s music to listen and dance to. 

Classmates Sherry (Thompson) Krischano and Jill (Robbins) Girven helped Jones and Lorentzen spread the word about the reunion. 

Special guest Kris Wolf, who has been a secretary for LSHS for 30 years showed up to see the class that meant so much to her, since it was her daughter Denise’s graduating class. 

Lorentzen and classmate Steve Warbis loaded the chicken and brought it to Creekside where it was waiting to greet the Class of 1986. 

It will be a class reunion they will never forget.
