Mini roundabouts to start construction next week on North Davies Rd.

The City of Lake Stevens will be starting the construction of the two mini-roundabouts on North Davies Rd. next week.
Striping will begin Monday, June 4 and the roundabout center islands will begin construction on Wednesday, June 6.
The entire project is estimated to be completed by Friday, June 15.
The City expects to maintain traffic flow during the construction but there will be some delays during the work as the road will be shut down to a single lane (when work is being performed).
It will be open to two lanes during non-construction hours.
The City will be posting the north Frontier Village access as a four way stop intersection during the construction. This is a temporary measure to help with the flow of traffic during construction. All stop signs will be removed once the two roundabouts are complete and operational.
