Make plans to attend the second annual Guns ‘n Hoses Softball Challenge scheduled for 3 p.m. Saturday, August 25  at the Lake Stevens  High School baseball field.  Lake Stevens High School is located at 2908 – 113th Avenue NE, Lake Stevens.  Lake Stevens Fire and the Lake Stevens Police Department look forward to this friendly competition, in support of the Lake Stevens community.

Admission to the Guns ‘n Hoses Softball Challenge is one box of Mac ‘n Cheese or one new toy per person.  All proceeds will go to support the Lake Stevens Food Bank and the Lake Stevens Family Center.
“The donations collected will support local families,” commented Police Chief Randy Celori.  “I am honored our department can support such a great cause and I look forward to another fun ballgame!”
Fire Chief Dave Lingenfelter commented, “Last year’s game was a lot of fun and the community was generous with their donations.  We look forward to the challenge of a rematch with the Lake Stevens Police Department and hope to see you out there!”
