Five gals from the Lake Stevens Senior Center joined personal trainer Sabrina Riggle on the Iron Girl 5K held on Sunday, Sept. 9 at Greenlake Park.

Sharon Crowely, 74, Diane Landers, 74, Junie Moore, 77, Sally Allen, 71, and Rose McCall, 78 all competed in the annual race.

Moore and McCall won second and third place for their age division.  
Each of these ladies have attended Riggle’s Strength and Stability class for the past three years.
They all also attend her Yoga class held at the Lake Stevens Senior Center every Monday at 9:15 a.m.
