Sunnycrest holding kids fun run

On Friday, Sept. 28, Sunnycrest Elementary will be having its third annual Fun Run. This is an excellent combination of fundraising and exercise.
Students will have 20 minutes to do as many laps as they can around the Sunnycrest field. They will also be raising money for the school and 100 percent of those donations will go towards helping the school.
This year they are hoping to raise enough money to purchase some new playground equipment to replace three pieces of equipment that were removed during the summer cleaning.
This year the goal is to raise $32,000 to purchase a Pentaweb.
If you are a relative, a friend, or want to be a supporter of Sunnycrest students, please consider donating to this year’s Fun Run.
Donations can be made to Sunnycrest students or Attn: Sunnycrest PTA at 3411 99th Ave. NE. Lake Stevens, WA 98258.
