October 29 is the last day to register for Presidential Election

The Snohomish County Auditor’s Office will remain open until 6:30 p.m. on Monday, October 29 to accommodate last minute voter registrations for new voters.  October 29 is the last day new voters in Washington State may register to vote for the upcoming November 6 Presidential Election.  Those interested must register in-person at the Auditor’s Office located on the first floor of the Snohomish County Administration West Building, 3000 Rockefeller Avenue, Everett.  
In order to register to vote in the state of Washington, a person must:

• Be a citizen of the United States;
• Have lived in Washington State for at least 30 days;
• Be at least 18 years old by Election Day; and
• Not currently be in the custody of the Department of Corrections or other criminal justice system due to a felony conviction.
Voters may check their registration status online at www.vote.wa.gov .  If you are currently registered, you do not need to register again.
