The City of Lake Stevens is seeking proposals to operate the City’s concession facility in Lundeen Park from June through Labor Day.  

To receive a copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) by email, contact Georgine Rosson at grosson@lakestevenswa.gov or a copy can be picked up at the Permit Center at 1820 Main Street, Lake Stevens.  

Questions are preferred by email.  Monthly charge for the facility is $125 to cover power, water, and waste.  Successful vendor will be required to obtain a business license (estimated $55) and to provide general liability insurance.
