Healthy Living Class (God’s Purpose for You - a First Place 4 Health study) starts Wednesday, September 21, from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. at Sanctuary Ministries on the first and third Wednesdays of the month and you are invited. 

This study will help you examine how you can know God’s purpose for the physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional aspects of your health so that you can not only achieve your goals, but also maintain results over the long haul. 

By following God’s principles - and through His power - you can develop practical tools for planning and pursuing achievable goals based on your unique situation and needs. 

This will truly be a life-changing process that can give you hope for living differently forever.  The cost of the book is $13.00.  Sancutary Ministries is located at 15533 75th Street NE, Lake Stevens (on the corner of Hwy 92 and 75th Street NE between Lake Stevens and Granite Falls).
