Free Genealogy seminar in Lake Stevens

If you are a beginner or a pro when it comes to searching your family history, this is a class you will enjoy.
On Sunday, Jan. 29 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. speaker Stephanie House will be presenting ‘Effective Research Strategies’ at no cost.
The seminar will be held at the LDS Family History Center at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints building at 10120 Chapel Hill Rd.
Other free genealogy classes that are coming up include the following: • Thur. Feb. 2, 9, 16 :Beginning Genealogy (3 week course) 12-1pm • Thur. Feb. 2, 9, 16: Intermediate Genealogy (3 week course) 1-2pm • Tues. Feb. 7: Census Decoded 10-11am • Wed. Feb. 8: Census Decoded 7-8pm • Tues. Feb. 21: Immigration in New York 10-11am • Wed. Feb. 22: Immigration in New York 7-8 p.m.
