The Viking cross-country teams had one
of their best racing days in years. The teams have been doing well recently, but Saturday was a
special day.
Juan Castillo and Johnny Bywater continue to be consistent, but
Brandon Martz, Darin Nettleton and Mason Nichol had excellent races as the
Vikings placed their top five scoring runners in the top ten of the race.
The girls continue to be led by Samantha Minor and Cia Bywater, but our other
girls raced very well as the girl’s team captured the top honors.
