LSHS JV Volleyball wins championship

The team includes Alexis Alverson, Kyla Ruse, Kinsey Knaub, Caitlyn Manske, Kelly Davis, Breanna Resor, Sydney Toler, Natasha Valentine, Mariah Weaver, Emily Vandegrift, Molli Drivdahl, Emily Ball, and Kelsi Jackson.
Congratulations to the JV Volleyball team from Lake Stevens High School on winning the annual JV Championship Tournament that was hosted at Cavelero Mid High on October 22, 2011.
The day started with pool play and the top six teams from pool play were placed in the championship bracket. Lake Stevens played Lynnwood High School for the final match before winning in the third and final game of the set.
This is the second year in a row that the JV program has been able to capture this tournament title.
