Vancouver, WA - Clark County is in the midst of a legal battle about the way it manages pollution from stormwater runoff and whether it requires developers to do enough to prevent it. This week, a judge has ruled while that case is being resolved, the county must abide by the same state and federal water quality rules as all other Washington counties. SULTAN – Another round of construction is coming to US 2 – in this case quite literally. Work will begin Jan. 3, to build a roundabout at the Rice Road intersection near Sultan.
